Folks at Microsoft have been busy working on  a better and safer (rightly so after gmail has taken a lot of numbers) for everyone. Here's what new Outlook.com offers once you agree to their free upgrade.

For most users the outlook.com, claims its offers features like sweep, filters and a world-class spam protection system that  blocks 97% of spam from your inbox (that's a lot even by gmail standard).
The new outlook.com will show 30% more view of your inbox email, updates from Facebook and twitter from your inbox - fancy that!

For storage, 7GB of free Skydrive cloud storage, free access to Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel and Powerpoint Apps with Skype calls from the Outlook.com inbox coming up soon! Now that's a cool deal!
